Atlas on Gender Equality in Diakonie 2019

For the Diakonie Equality Atlas, House of Research systematically compiled a comprehensive database on gender relations in management bodies, employment structures and decision-making levels. This was based on gender-differentiated information from Diakonie institutions and associations, which was collated, checked and evaluated. The analysis provides a precise view of the status quo and at the same time shows in which areas structural differences or development potential are emerging.

House of Research has processed the data in such a way that transparency and comparability are maintained. Numerous diagrams, tabular overviews and thematic maps reveal the results at different levels and facilitate their classification. Regional differences, functional areas and management levels are thus clearly visible and can be interpreted in their respective contexts.
